  • What age group is Flying Apple Play Area suitable for?
    We welcome everyone—there are no age restrictions! If kids want to play, they’re always invited to join the fun!

    Weekends, Holidays & Non-School Days: Children 4 and up: $29.99 + Tax Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM School Days & Weekdays: Children 4 and up: $21.99 Children 3 and under: $15.99 Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Adult Admission: 1 Adult is FREE per child. Additional adults: $7.99 each. Please note: tickets are purchased in store only
  • Can I buy tickets online?
    Currently, tickets are only available for walk-in purchases. Online ticket sales are not available at this time.
  • What is your waiver policy?
    All Guest and Participants need waivers completed by a parent or legal guardian. For a smooth check-in process, please have your guests complete the waivers prior to the party. Guests need to “check-in” upon arrival.
  • What attractions do you have?
    We offer a variety of fun activities, including: Soft Play: A safe, cozy area for little ones. Ball Blaster: Interactive shooting game. Climbing Wall: Fun challenge for kids. Slides: Exciting playtime experience. Obstacle Course: Climbing, jumping, and crawling fun. Ball Pit: Jump into hours of colorful entertainment.
  • Do you sell food?
    Yes, we have a selection of snacks and bottled water available for purchase.
  • What safety measures do you have in place?
    Play equipment is regularly inspected. Staff is trained in first aid and emergency procedures. Socks are required for all children to maintain cleanliness and prevent slips.
  • What is the open play policy?
    No shoes allowed – socks are required (available for purchase). No outside food or drinks. Space is sanitized before opening and throughout the day. Staff ensures a clean and safe play environment, but parents are encouraged to supervise their children. All guests must complete a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Party guests need to check in upon arrival.
  • What is the security & safety policy?
    No shoes allowed – all guests must wear socks. No outside food or drinks allowed. No pets or service animals inside the facility. Our dedicated cleaning staff sanitizes all surfaces, including play areas, lockers, tables, and bathrooms, throughout the day.
  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, we have a parking lot and street parking nearby.
  • Do I need special socks or safety gear?
    Yes, all participants must wear grip socks, available for purchase at our front desk. Some activities provide additional safety gear.
  • How often is the play area cleaned?
    Our play area is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • How is my party run? What is the schedule of the party?
    Your birthday party is a 90-minute celebration, and you’ll have a private party room for the entire duration! Here’s what the schedule typically looks like: Check-In & Welcome (10 min): We’ll greet your guests, provide wristbands and socks, and get everyone ready to have a blast. Free Play (20 min): The kids can explore the play area while you relax and enjoy the moment. Food Time (15 min): Everyone gathers in the party room to enjoy snacks, drinks, and some light games. Playtime (20 min): Back to the play area for more fun and excitement! Cake Time (15 min): We’ll sing “Happy Birthday,” cut the cake, and take some memorable photos. Farewell (10 min): A little more playtime, hand out goodie bags, and say goodbye with lots of smiles.
  • Can I bring my own decorations for the birthday party?
    No need to worry about decorations, we’ve got it all covered! All of our birthday party packages include beautiful in-house decorations to make your celebration extra special. But if you have something specific or unique you’d like to bring, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to help make it work!
  • How do I make a payment for my party booking?
    To book your party, visit our website to select your preferred date and party theme, and place a $200 deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in-store during our business hours before the party begins. For a smooth transaction, please ensure the payment card matches the cardholder’s information.
  • Can I choose the party room?
    Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a specific room until your booking is confirmed, as it depends on availability. Once everything is set, we’ll make sure everything is ready for your special day! Thanks for your understanding!
  • What is the maximum number of guests I can have at our party?
    Single Room parties accommodate up to 20 kids, with one adult per child. If your guest list exceeds 20 kids, you must book our Double Room. Room selection is based on your party size and subject to confirmation. We cannot guarantee the room until your booking is confirmed.
  • When is the best time to book a party in advance?
    We recommend booking your party at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. The easiest way to reserve a party is through our website. Click below to book your party!
  • What toys are included in the goodie bags?
    Goodie bag contents vary by package: Signature Package: Includes 2-3 random toys. Memorable and VIP Packages: Feature toys are carefully selected to match the birthday theme, adding a personalized touch to each bag.
  • Do the goodie bags include any food?
    For safety reasons, we don’t include food in our goodie bags. Each bag is filled with fun and safe surprises for everyone to enjoy.
  • Can I bring my own food to the birthday party?
    Outside food and drinks are not allowed, except for a birthday cake or cupcakes. We provide snacks and drinks for purchase, or you can choose from our catering options for your party.
  • Can I bring a cake in without booking a party?
    We love celebrations, but to keep everyone's experience smooth and enjoyable, only reserved parties are allowed to bring in a celebratory dessert, like a cake or cupcakes. If you're planning a special day, we’d be thrilled to help you celebrate with one of our amazing party packages! Let us take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy the day.   • Can I use the private room without making a birthday party reservation?
    Our private rooms are specially reserved for birthday party celebrations, so you'll need to book one of our birthday party packages to enjoy them. We’d love to help you celebrate your special day in style! Our party packages are designed to make the experience fun, stress-free, and memorable for everyone.   • What is your party booking policy?
    We suggest having guests arrive 10 minutes before the party starts for check-in. A $200 deposit is required to book a party. The remaining balance is due at the end of the party based on the number of guests that arrive.

  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?
    $100 is non-refundable up to 7 days before the party. $200 is non-refundable if canceled within 7 days before the party. No-shows forfeit the deposit and authorize us to charge the full amount. Walking out before payment results in the full amount being charged. A photo ID is required for all credit card payments. The party room must be vacated at the scheduled time to avoid an extra $69 fee for up to 30 minutes. A 15% gratuity or service charge is applied to all parties and group events.
