All Guest and Participants need waivers completed by a parent or legal guardian. For a smooth check-in process, please have your guests complete the waivers prior to the party. Guests need to “check-in” upon arrival.

We suggest having guests arrive 10 mins prior to the party starting, so that there is enough time to check in. We require a $200 Deposit to book a party. The remaining balance is due at the end of the party, based on the number of guests that arrive. Taxes and Gratuity are not included.

All children and adults must wear socks and are not allowed to wear shoes. Don’t worry, we have socks available for purchase if you forgot. No outside food is allowed. No pets or service animals are allowed inside. We sanitize our space before opening and all day during our operating hours. Our Staff helps maintain a safe and clean play environment; however, we do recommend keeping an eye on your child. Our Dedicated Cleaning Staff will routinely clean and disinfect all touchable surfaces, including play areas, lockers, tables, and bathroom.

$100 is nonrefundable up to 7 days before the party. $200 is nonrefundable if you cancel within 7 days before the party. If you no-show the event, you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event. If you walk out on the event prior to payment, you waive the right to recover the deposit and authorize us to charge your credit card for the full amount of the event. Copy of photo ID is required for all credit card payments for the event. Please vacate the party room at the end of your scheduled party time to avoid an extra party room fee of $69 for to up 30 mins. 15% Gratuity or service charge will be billed for all parties and group events.
